A plan set in PDF format with a license to build one home and a release giving you permission to make changes and allowing you to print sets as needed. Delivered digitally, typically within 1 to 2 days. Comes with a Single-Build License giving you permission to build the home one time.
5 Sets + PDF Single-Build
Five printed set and a digital PDF set of construction documents with a copyright release and a single license to build.
PDF - Unlimited Build
A set of working drawings delivered in a PDF digital format that come with a license to build an unlimited number of homes with no re-use fees. A copyright release is included for making modifications and printing sets.
CAD + PDF - Unlimited Build
Electronic file designed in Auto CAD and delivered in in .DWG format. Designed to make minor to major alterations. The CAD file - and an accompanying PDF for your convenience - is delivered by email and comes with a license to build an unlimited number of homes without any re-use fees. Typical delivery time is 1-2 business days.
