Five printed sets (shipped) and a PDF (delivered digitally) of construction documents with a copyright release and a single license to build.
CAD+PDF - Single Build
Used by design professionals, structural engineers and builders, the CAD (computer-aided design) file is used to make significant modifications to a plan (requires CAD software and an experienced draftsperson). This version includes a copyright release giving you legal permission to make changes and printing unlimited sets. It is delivered by email and comes with a license to build one home. Not all designers use the same CAD program. Please contact us to learn more about the software used for a specific plan.
CAD - Unlimited Build
This plan is designed using SoftPlan and comes in .dwg format. Used by design professionals, structural engineers and builders, CAD files are used to make significant modifications to a plan. This version includes a copyright release giving you legal permission to make changes and printing unlimited sets to build an unlimited number of times. It is delivered by email and comes with a license to build one home. Typical delivery time is 1-2 business days.
