Many plans offer various purchasable options to meet your needs. Here’s the short list of the most popular add-ons. Please be sure to review the plan page for an exact list of add-ons for that home plan.

By selecting this option, the plan will be flipped entirely (e.g. the right side of the home will now be on the left and the left side will be on the right). The dimensions and text will read correctly.

Designers typically create plans using an exterior wall type – 2 x 4 or 2 x 6 – common to their region. If you need a different exterior wall type, check the Options menu on a specific plan page for availability. If the option isn’t listed, submit a modification request to receive a quote to convert the plan to the exterior wall type needed.

Some designers offer a materials list option. These lists typically conform to the plan as designed meaning additional purchasable options or modifications will not be accounted for in the list. A custom List of Materials is available as an order upgrade for modified plan sets.

Architectural Designs offers a list of materials option if one is not available by the designer. Our list includes purchasable options such as exterior wall changes.
