Studio Giraldi Associates Architects designed a private concrete residence in 2015. It’s located in Bologna, Italy and it is a home of the famous fashion designer.
The architect, Fulvio Giraldi, was given complete freedom with no boundaries in creativity to design a modern house.
This house contains two floors because the height in the area should not exceed three floors and it is spread on 230 square meters with beautiful garden.
The living room is situated on the ground floor. It is divided into two areas by a stone wall and a fireplace. In this area dominate yellow color on the sofa. Also there is a dining room and on the opposite side is a kitchen. The kitchen is stylish connected with the living room through yellow panel on the wall behind the elements.The stairs lead to the first floor where you can find a living room with access to a large terrace.
The architectural composition is characterized by simple and pure forms, which are designed in different functional areas, that create an interesting play of perspectives.
The facade is dominated by materials that are combination of concrete and iron with glass windows. Also have a wooden brisolei windows.
Inside the house through the dining room and living room is coming out in to a private, intimate courtyard like a Patio.
