Multi-levelled luxury residential showroom and sales office are designed by Yazgan Design Architecture. Because of its colorful glass panels this complex is visible from a distance.
The glass panels are in six different tones of green, orange and blue. The colors have great significance to the overall design. The same colors are used in the towers which visually connect the showroom with a residential complex.
The colored glass moves around the facade and the gradient moves from cool colors to warm colors and back to cool colors as the building form moves upward with the topography. By using long and short panels with the variety of colors, the designer is creating visual movement around the building. Also this movement is complemented with the shadows that are cast.
The three colorful towers which are placed in 45,000m2 contain 992 mock-up residences.
The focal point of the showroom is the large model of the residential complex located under the central atrium. Visitors can move through the interior by using different types of circulation-stairs, ramps and elevators and to review various residential units. At the basement are displayed the three furnished mock-ups of the apartments. The residential complex models and sales associates are located at the ground level. The private offices are located on the top floor.
