The architectural project for winery and hotel situated in Çanakkale’s Eceabat district in Gelibolu belongs to Tekeli-Sisa Architectural Partnership, which is one of the good established architectural offices in Turkey.
It interior design brings forward an unconventional interpretation to the industrial spaces.
A winery, like all other factories, need to be designed so can meet all the necessities in it best possible way for this kind of space. The building in its 16.000m2 includes production and storage sections but also service programs like laboratories and offices. Here the structure made of concrete was left as clear as possible while is used coating for water resistance and for any impacts that may come from the moving modules in this production area. Metal structures were incorporated with rough industrial details, but solid wood elements are being delicately picked up. There is also designed am phi – presentation space as well as an in house lounge for visits or events.
Additional space has a guesthouse with 25 room’s different one from other, including a specific spa program, not to forget to mention service areas for food and beverage.
The main idea was to provide a design preventing any disruption to the organic process.
